JBMP Group was founded with the goal of becoming an industry leading boutique brokerage. Founded in 2015, JBMP Group started as a leasing only brokerage. Since opening our doors, we have invested heavily in creating scalable tech-forward solutions that benefit our clients and customers. Maria Pacitti

owner

Maria is a founder of JBMP Group and has been working in real estate since 2012. She began her real estate career at Streamline Group where she oversaw the delivery of their multi-family rentals, overseeing all property management operations and relationships thereafter.

Maria leads all technology and marketing initiatives that work alongside the company’s daily operations at JBMP. She is an active real estate broker.

Jon is a founder of JBMP and has been working in real estate since 2015. Before starting JBMP, he was a financial analyst for Aberdeen Asset Management in Philadelphia.

Jon leads all business development initiatives and oversees all transactions at JBMP. As an active real estate salesperson, he specializes in investment sales.

Amy Heinmets

Business Development
Amy works on business development for JBMP Group, which includes client communications, property onboarding, and assisting with investment acquisitions and sales. Any day-to-day questions that you have about your property can be directed towards Amy for the fastest response. Specific questions about inquiries, showings, leads-in-motion, app packages, listing prices, and general updates can all be sent to Amy. When needed, Amy can help pull in the appropriate team member to better service your question.

Thomas Esser

Marketing
Thomas is your go-to for all things marketing. Thomas is in charge of capturing photos, videos, and Matterports for the properties before they are listed and is your best point of contact for any questions that relate to media! Thomas is also responsible for managing the syndication sites and can help you with your inquiries about the way your ads appear on Zillow, apartments.com, JBMPs website, or any other 3rd-party site that you see your listings on.

Andrew McMonigle

Field Operations
When it comes to setting up tenant access and distributing new keys, Andrew is the best point of contact. Andrew is an expert in traditional keys as well as a multitude of keyless systems including Latch, Kisi, Butterfly, and Kastle. If you are setting up a new system, changing over locks, or updating codes, Andrew will be able to help setup everything for showings and move ins.

Sarah Abrams

Sales and Support
Sarah is the heart of our sales team. Her role is all about ensuring that our leads move seamlessly through the sales process. Coordinating tours and assisting leads in their journey is a rewarding part of her day-to-day work. She takes pride in her ability to negotiate effectively, secure owner approvals, and keep our customers engaged and satisfied. Her work is essential in maintaining our organization's growth and success in the competitive real estate industry.

Finance & Accounting
Chris has a focus in accounting and is equipped to handle all of your accounting questions. If you ever need to change the way your payouts are sent, or if you have general accounting questions related to a lease, Chris will be able to assist you. Chris can also provide updates on invoices and payments, specifically questions about when you will receive your payment or what amount you should expect. For a full accounting run-down, Chris is your go-to point of contact!
